BTE Methods is a movement for individuals and student - athletes, who aim to better themselves, be successful in their fitness endeavors and continue a healthy lifestyle. The purpose of BTE Methods is to enhance your fitness, athletics performance, strength and overall personal health, while bringing out the best within you. Believe Trust Execute Methods BTE is personalized training in a group-like setting, made up of methods focusing on fitness training (muscle growth/definition), high intensity (weight loss), and athletic performance/ power-weightlifting. Being that we all have different bodies and goals, everyone will NOT be doing same thing.

Programs are geared towards your individual personal goals. Routines are constantly changing weekly emphasizing on technique and form in a structured regimen to break through plateaus and receive consistent results. Fitness and sport specific, experimentally proven methods, and safe and effective physical training by means of a periodic plan will be our primary emphasis; with the goal of helping you with your physical appearance and health. We explain what it takes to be successful and help you enhance your fitness level by offering you specific training plans targeted towards your needs and wants that you have set for yourself. Our plan will include periodical progressive overload with focus on maximizing effort and being the best we can each day. Improvement of this inner self brings out your capability, which the BTE Methods program further develops and supports a continued improvement plan that delivers successful results consistently. Our team philosophy is that BTE Methods is a faction that we, former and current athletes, believe in and use every day.
