Q: What is BTE & how is it different from IronFlex?
A: IronFlex is the name of the Gym and BTE Methods is the name of the trainings we offer, but together they are a whole IronFlexBTE.
Q: What kind of services does BTE offer?
A: BTE Methods consist of 4 different types of trainings: Fitness, Athletic Performance, Power-weightlifting and Boot camp.
Q: What time are the BTE Methods?
A: BTE Methods hours are 7:00am - 11:00am and 4:00pm - 9:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am - 12:00pm Saturday.
Q: Can I use the gym with my own programming and not BTE programming?
A: Yes, we have open gym memberships where you can come anytime during gym hours.
Q: What times is the gym open? Close?
A: The gym opens everyday at 5:00am and closes at 12:00am.
Q: Can I try before joining?
A: Yes, the first session and day is free.
Q: Is there an age requirement to join or try?
A: Yes. You must be at least 16 years old to join or at least 7 - 15 years old with the consent of a parent/guardian.
Q: Can I partake in the BTE Methods without signing up for a monthly package or usage of the gym?
A: Yes, if you want to come to take a class it would be $10 for that session.
Q: How do the packages work?
A: Depending on which package you chose (10, 12 or unlimited) you have within that whole month to use those sessions. How you use them is up to you, as long as it is within the month.
Q: When I pay for my package what does that include?
A: Clients that sign up within the first 3 months of the gym opening receive full access to the gym and BTE Methods trainings depending on the package you have selected. After the first 3 months of the gym opening, new clients can only partake in the BTE Methods with the package they select and must pay for separate open gym membership to receive full access to gym.
Q: How are the sessions set up?
A: The trainings are on the hour per hour.
Q: How can I pick the sessions I may want?
A: You can log on to our app to pick the trainings you may want to partake in for the week or schedule at the gym.
Q: What if I miss a session that I scheduled for?
A: You must advise or drop the session an hour before or you will lose that session for the month.
Q: Can I be late to a session?
A: You can be 10 minutes late to a session, anything after that and you will lose the session for the month.
Q: Do my sessions roll over if I don't use them?
A: Yes, any sessions that weren’t scheduled can be rolled over to the next month.
Q: Can I take part in any method class with my membership?
A: Unlimited members can workout in any method program they want throughout the month aside from the one the sign up with. Members with 10-12 packs must pay $5 a class for methods they may want to do that are not apart of the program they are in.
Q: Are the sessions one on one or in a group class-like setting?
A: The sessions are in groups of 15 - 20 but depending on the program that you are in, the workouts are more personalized than others. See classes pages for details on programs.
Q. Do you offer nutritional/supplement advice and plans?
A: Yes, we give you general advice on what we would recommend that you should took and how your nutrition should be.
Q. Do you keep track of weight loss/gain and body fat?
A: Yes, on your first day we will take full body photos of you and your body fat with the 9 points (parillo) and monthly track your progress depending on your goals.
Q: Is my contract a month to month contract?
A: Yes, your contract is month to month with no obligations, unless you sign up for 12 week or 6 month packages, as long as you cancel before the deadline.
Q: When is my deadline to cancel my membership so that I won't get charged for the following month?
A: You may cancel your membership 10 days prior to your payment date.
Q: What type of payment methods can I use to pay for my packages?
A: We only accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). We only accept cash for classes you may take for the day without a BTE membership.
Q: Are there refunds if I get charged?
A: Once you are charged for the month there will be no refunds, unless you advise us 10 days prior to your payment date that you wish to cancel.
Q: Are there any late fees?
A: You will be charged a late fee of $20.00 to your account if your payment is 5 days past due or if your card gets declined and no new form of method is provided in 5 days.
Q: What if I change or get a new credit card?
A: You must advise us when you get a new credit card before your next payment or you will automatically receive a $5 late fee charge to your account.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
